This is one of my favorite things to do! I love connecting with new people and teaching them about the healing power of sound. I usually begin with a light meditation or breath-work, and then play my crystal bowls that are tuned to the healing frequency of 432 hertz. Depending on what you want I can also play the Tibetan bowls, turning forks, drums, rainstick, ocean drum, rattles, and wind chimes.

This is a perfect opportunity to relax with friends and receive deep cellular healing at the same time.

I provide a customized sound and frequency healing experience for corporate events, or for a wellness expeience. I offer education about how stress, anxiety and depression show up in our bodies from negative experiences or past traumas. Not only is a sound bath extremely relaxing, it provides deep, cellular healing to relieve those symptoms.

I also offer a guided meditation, breath work or shamanic journey upon request, and then lead you in to a very relaxing and healing sound immersion experience.
